BASIC VISUAL ELEMENTS: POINT

Digital Pointillist Half-Portrait

Another one of basic elements of visual expression is the POINT.
It can be as big as a plane or simply a dot on a surface, but as many pointillist artist showed us, it can be used as an expressive way of painting.
Painters as Camille Pissarro, Georges Seurat, Paul Signac or even Vincent van Gogh used this technique.
Modern artists as Ben Heine  and his Digital Circlism (as you can see in this blog article) use it in a new way...
We did half of a portrait of us, with a digital media as Paint or Photoshop, joining both tradition and technology...and it was soooo cool ! ! !

Lineal Creation

Lines are an important element on graphic creations. They can have width and length, directions and movement...they're really expressive!
And of course, you can paint with them.
Given an abstract black-lined shape, we had to complete the drawing and create a new and original painting only with lines.

We're starting a new course and this time it will be in english!
We would love to show you, throughout this year, some of our best works.

Our first work was inspired by Chema Madoz, as we worked Visual Metaphores.
We tried to keep his black and white approach, but we worked on three main subjects:

• Summer hollidays
• High School
• Big Bang
